I spent a wonderfully relaxing day finishing my painting. As promised here is the finished Pen and Ink all roughed in with oil paints and Grumbacher Gel (a colorless, clear medium that makes oil paints transparent, while still maintaining full body and consistency). This is all ready to be framed and put away for my friends birthday.
I embossed these fabulous zebras from Cornish Heritage Farms- Saturday Evening Post Series called Zebra Pair . Layered it over a Cuttlebug embossed panel. Added some black satin ribbon and a heart that is popped up. I sometimes love a card that only takes a few minutes to make!
I got my crafting fix today, hope you did! Thanks for stopping by!
Ellen

ReplyDeleteEl darhling, first and foremost let me strongly suggest you change your caption above from ...I am a paper crafter to ....I am an artist. I know exactly where this painting is going. You'll touch her heart with this one. It's absolutely amazing. Your talent is so remarkable. You sure are one very gifted person in more ways than one. Beautiful work, my sweet friend. Hugs Anne
