Impression Obsession Challenge~Ocean Breeze

It's Thursday and that means it's time for another Impression Obsession challenge!!  This weeks challenge is "Ocean Breeze".

Brand new summer IO stamps and dies to play with~Woot! Woot!! Be sure to stop over at IO and check out all the fabulous new goodies!!! 

 Here is how I made this Beach Wreath card...

1~ Stamp Cover- A- Card Sand CC216
with Memento Rich Cocoa on Kraft Cardstock and go over it with an E31 Copic Marker. and sponge the edges with Rich Cocoa Ink.

2~ Die Cut  Welcome DIE266-A in navy cardstock and adhere to the bottom left corner.

3~  Fish tail a small piece of ribbon and adhere to the top left corner.  Wrap some twine around the card stock a third of the way up. 

4~ Die cut All-In-One Frames Circles DIE299-ZZ
and using only the second and third outer circles sponge the edges with Rich Cocoa ink and pop up over card stock.

5~ Stamp Beach Wreath H16105 with Memento Tuxedo Black twice.  Color with Copics and cut it out.  Adhere to Circle frame.  On the second image color and cut out the starfish, seahorse, clam, snails, and boat and pop up over wreath. 

Copics used~ 
Sand: E31.
Rope: E42, 45.
Seahorse: YR31,12,04,E33, Sepia Multiliner O.3.
Snail: E51, 53, 23, C2, 0.
Leaves: YG61, 63, 67.
Clam: C00, C1, C3.
Stars: YR20, 21, 23.
Boat: B93, 95, 97; Sepia Multiliner 0.3, R24, 27, 29, 89; C3.

6~ Die cut the anchor in navy card stock from the Mini Nautical Set DIE184-L
and attach to wreath with twine.

7~Add some pearls, twine bow and a wee bit of Zig Wink of Stella Clear on the wreath and the welcome.

8~ Pop up on a  5-1/2" x 5-1/2" Navy card base.
