DT Thursday~Bluebirds

Hello Friends!

It's my turn to share for Impression Obsession's Dt Thursday.  Here's the how to for this easy emboss resist card.....

1~ Stamp Silhouette 5-D5555 Impression Obsession's Silhouette 5 with Versamark on a 3 3/4" x 5" piece of glossy card stock.

2~Heat emboss it with Clear Embossing Powder.

3~Brayer Kaleidacolor Blue Breeze from one edge to the middle.  Rotate card stock 180 degrees and brayer again meeting in the middle.

4~Wipe with a tissue to remove excess ink of embossed feathers to reveal the crisp white color.

5~Die cut  2 of the birds from the Bird Set Die DIE033-J .  Using a Sponge Dauber ink the edges of the circle and 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" card base as well as color the birds. I used ink from the same Kaleidacolor pad, the arrow shows you which ink I used.

6~Die Cut a circle from glossy card stock and brayer using the same ink and method in step 3.

7~ Layer over a larger circle and stamp Hanging Out C8727 with Brilliance Moonlight White Ink.

8~ Assemble your card. The white mat is 5 1/4" x 4".  I added some seam binding and popped one of the birds up.

Thanks for stopping by and have a fantastic day!!
